Trainee Sales Advisor



The Role:

Based in Southport, Merseyside, you’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging sales environment. You’ll be responsible for raising awareness and selling telecommunications and IT solutions on a range of our business portfolios. You’ll be contacting and meeting decision makers from every sort of business to discuss their IT and communications objectives and agree sales to supply our solutions.

About You:
• You’re a natural on the phone and face to face, having in-depth business discussions with senior decision makers, often CEO’s, Business owners and Directors.
• You are able to simply describe technical solutions to non technical people.
• You’ll thrive off the continuous coaching, training and career development we will offer you to ensure your on-going development.

Qualifications:

Trainee Account Manager



The Role:

Based in Southport, Merseyside, you’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging sales environment. Duties Will Include:

• Compile and send emails, quotes and contracts
• Follow up receipt of the above
• Input information onto various IT systems (training will be provided)
• Speaking with clients on the telephone to confirm details.
• Preparation of client data for sales following a strict timetable (training given)
• Deal with simple incoming enquiries and send quotes.
• Client account reviews

Project Manager



The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an Implementations Officer to join our fast-paced, dynamic and vibrant Customer Services team based in Southport.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing critical areas of the implementations process including:
• Managing the implementations of new sales
• Communicating with customers , suppliers and the AdaptiveComms Team throughout the implementation process to ensure smooth delivery
• Dealing with customer issues and faults to resolve to the highest standard
• Carrying out general Customer Service duties including answering calls, dealing with enquiries and admin jobs as required

About You:

You will be extremely well-organised and have the ability to prioritise workloads, manage diaries and customer enquiries.
You will have excellent communication skills and experience dealing professionally and promptly with customers, staff and suppliers.
You will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to get things done.
You will have the ability to deal with customer faults and problems head on and the right skills to get issues resolved quickly and satisfactorily following our internal SLA’s and processes.

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience with a proven track record of growth and excellence in their previous role/s, preferably working within an office, retail or hospitality environment for a minimum of 2 years.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience organising their workload including prioritising jobs whilst ensuring they give outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent maths and English skills including strong analytical skills– require a minimum Grade C or above in English & Maths GSCE or equivalent.
